[C320-list] Seaward S600 Electric Water heater - how to reduce water temperature?

Bob, if you just want to stop the water heater from operating when plugged into shore power, just activate the breaker at the panel by pushing the button in and releasing. You don’t need to disconnect any wires. I did this over the winter layup when the hot water tank was drained.
