[C320-list] Racor filter “blocked”

I bought the kit and will be attempting this Project in the next week or so. My diesel mechanic thought the seals were leaking and allowing fuel to drain back from the engine. I have been needing to pump the Racor a few times to get the engine started, so he may be right.
