[C320-list] Fuel filter experiment

I personally would not want to climb down into the port locker to do that (I lack flexibility in these old bones), nor want to try to reach sideways around the aft cabin access cutout while laying on the cutout door. I've actually bent my access door hinges partially laying on that door.  Also, do you want to have it there if you need to access it if caught with a problem while sailing/motoring?
