Hi Rod - 

If you already have lazy jacks it’s pretty simple to install, as the lazy jacks just tie onto the sail cover. Assuming you already have a loose footed main, the stack pack cover slides onto the boom, and ties off at the clew shackle (or thereabouts, I can’t recall).  When I put the boat on the hard I untied everything and lid the cover off with the main in it, like a burrito. It stored down below just fine over the winter, and slid right back in place when I launched
