[C320-list] Anchors redux

I went with the Mantus 35. I'm on the Chesapeake Bay as well. I've never dragged..... NEVER. Even in a thunderstorm with 50 knot gusts on a lee shore.

That being said, I did need to swap out to the extended roller because the anchor was making contact with the bow, and like you, I didn't want to chip the Gelcoat. When I first installed it, I was able to tie off the anchor to one side with a bungee as a stop-gap measure and it was fine until I got the roller replacement done.

I can't speak to the difficulty of the roller replacement job because I threw money at the Boat Yard mechanic and he attacked it with his air tools. There's not much room to swing a wrench inside that small compartment and it would have cost me more to buy the specialty tools.

All that considered, I couldn't be happier.
