If you don't have a lot to repair, maybe try this Spectrum gelcoat patch paste kit for 1995  https://www.iboats.com/shop/spectrum-color-catalina-1989-1995-white-color-boat-gel-coat-patch-paste-repair-kit.html  (although  very pricey at $40 for only 2 ounces), or this actual gelcoat for 1995 https://www.iboats.com/shop/spectrum-color-catalina-1989-1995-white-color-boat-gel-coat-f503503.html ($146/quart).
