Assuming your 90 degree elbow is a whale coupler.   There is a cap on the
tubing end.   Remove cap with a small flat blades screwdriver.   There is a
small slot for doing this.   Then you will see a grey circlip.   Remove
that circlip, make sure you don't donate it to the bilge gods.   Now press
in the spring loaded fitting while pulling the blue water tube, the tube
will pull free from the elbow.
