[C320-list] Westerbeke 30 B water leak

If you have a westerbeke 30 b is the little screw on the side a weep hole? My mechanic said to get another screw since the one referred to shows a leak. I was going to call westerbeke but they are closed due to virus. I am trying to determine if in fact the leak is a sign of water pump
Problem rather than simply replacing the screw. Any insights
