[C320-list] Fuel Injector or Injector Pump?

I know this sounds too simple... are you sure the kill switch isn't engage?
  Either at the controls or maybe it's something that isn't right with the
cable?   The engine not firing at all seems odd...

What is your start up procedure?   First spring start on a cold day means I
crack the throttle a good bit and crank for 5 seconds tops.  Let it sit a
few seconds try once more.   If you crank for more than 15 seconds, you
need to empty the muffler and start over, if you get hydro locked.. no
bueno.
