[C320-list] Saloon table movement

FYI, my table support (2009 MKII) came new with a big tag that said "DO NOT LUNBRICATE". I don't know why

Re table movement: in my experience, you have to apply downward pressure on the top surface *exactly* at location of the post underneath, or it is difficult to get the table to move down against the internal spring tension.   If you do not apply pressure at the correct location, it binds very easily.

Going up, simply releasing the locking screw (ccw) normally allow the internal spring to push the table back up.  Maybe a little silicon spray lubricant on the tube surface would help.
