There are drains on the engine.    Just use one of those, they should still
have plastic tubing on them.   The one on the oil filter side should do the
trick.  You won't drain it all.   Once you replace the sender you could
pour the coolant back in, but..unless the coolant is brand new, just
replace it, coolant needs to be replaced fairly regularly.
