[C320-list] Diesel pipe cap

Tom,

If you want to replace the entire fitting with a new fill, the procedure is somewhat straightforward. I had to access the fill from the starboard aft locker to remove the hose (water and diesel). Then you can unscrew the fill from the topside. I cleaned everything, used 4200 around the flange of the fill (I taped around the hole using painter's tape to make clean up easier), and then simply screwed the new fill in place. I let it cure, to prevent breaking the new seal, and then reattached the hoses.

Thanks. Yes I am using the water cap for the diesel until I can find one that fits. Do you know if you can just unscrew either one and just drop a new pipe in and screw it down?

Then you could take a look at what’s available from Perko: https://perko.com/images/catalog/catalog_320_pdf/R-121.pdf <https://perko.com/images/catalog/catalog_320_pdf/R-121.pdf>
