[C320-list] Water heater not getting as hot from engine

I just replace my water heater. The temperature of the water is very hot, as it was before. I would estimate the temperature at 160° or more. Should I be concerned?
Thanks,

They are relatively easy to replace and there were only two attachment points that had to be slightly altered - otherwise the Whale heater I got from Defender fit perfectly. Once I had it out I took a look inside and it was definitely rusty on the bottom. I'd say replace it.
