Nope.  Raw water pump leaking out the weep hole means seals are worn out.
Most likely the body inside is also scored and the impeller faces aren't making a good seal.  Not the tips of the impeller but the front and back side surfaces of the impeller that rub against the back plate and the inside flat.Don't bother with the replacement seal kit.  It really isn't the answer.  Just get a new pump.  Don't know whether you have the Japanese yanmar or the westerbeke...If it's the antifreeze engine water pump, that doesn't have a rebuild kit that I'm aware of.Just but a new pump, spray the old one with wd40 and store it in a Ziploc bag if you feel you need a backup spare.  Unlikely you'll ever use it though...CheersJeff Hare#809
