[C320-list] Pre-Purchase Survey Recommendations - Need Advice

MIke,  I looked at four 1995 Catalina 320's last year.
I paid to survey one and walked away from it afterwards.
Cost of buying a boat.
Way to much neglect in your boat.
Walk away or of offer 10 grand and plan on lots of time & money, no sailing.

Mike-
I'm sorry to say I agree with others to keep looking for another boatt.  My 1994 C320 has way better "bones" than described in the one you mention and has always been freshwater.  The water damage sounds very substantial and can be hidden.
The only pluses I see in the boat listing are new electronics, a pretty new genoa, and a dingy and motor.
