[C320-list] Loose footed mains

   When I got my Catalina (621) a previous owner had already brought the
   outhaul to the cockpit.  I find it easy to loosen or tighten it
   depending on wind conditions.

   Next question would be: did you leave the outhaul as is at the mast end
   of the boom, or did you lead it back to the cockpit?
