After cleaning with a good vinyl friendly product...try using one of the
various magic eraser sponge thingys.   Wet the smooth white side and just
scrub without cleaners.  You will be amazed at what you can get incredibly
clean with those things.   It works really well for scuff marks on
fiberglass in the cockpit, areas where that non marine garden hose you use
dockside rubs against the hull, etc etc the results can be truly
remarkable.

Side note, spider poo is incredibly difficult to get out of fiberglass,
maybe second only to red wine stains.   The starbright enzymatic cleaner
for spider stains is probably the most amazing cleaning product I’ve seen
in a long time.
