We bought our doors about 2 years ago...maybe 3. When we bought the doors we had to trace the crib boards onto butcher paper and send that to Zarcor. They sent the doors and replacement hardware with the hinge pins already mounted. We had to send our hardware back to them to get a deposit back I seem to recall. It was all very straight forward.
