[C320-list] Which propane regulator?

That’s what I was thinking, but I don’t know much about propane, so it’s nice to receive some reassurance that I’m not throwing money down the sewer.

Both will work since they are both preset to 11” which is what the Seaward
manual calls for.   The more expensive regulator has an adjustable range on
pressure setting so that is good if you ever want to upgrade to a different
stove with a different pressure setting,   I think that Catalina wants to
up sell this more expensive regulator claiming the larger orifices are less
prone to freezing up but I honestly don’t know if there’s any truth to
that.

I think one possible downside to the adjustable regulator is...wait for
it...it’s adjustable.   So...in the unlikely event someone decides to
loosen the screw and turn the regulator up to say 13”...maybe that's bad?
