[C320-list] Engine anti siphon

This won't get you far, but should need to use the boat while waiting for a
replacement duck bill valve, take the old one out and gently rub some olive
oil on it and saturate, then gently wipe off excess with a soft tissue
(just be gentle, this valve can tear easily).  Olive oil can sometimes
revive the valve for a short life span while waiting for replacement valve.
