[C320-list] Evercoat One Step Finish Gel-Kote vs. Interlux Brightside

I would suggest instead trying to use white finish gelcoat from West Marine and try to blend your own color using black tint to get a grey.  You can afford to waste a lot at that cost to get the color you want.
