[C320-list] Upgrading the windlass

I have the Maxwell VW1500 so perhaps Catalina switched over to this larger model at some stage, seems to be similar spec to the 10 but not exactly the same dimensions. 
Best tip from me though Jack is to instal a reversing foot switch adjacent to the existing one...best thing we did, and a very easy add-on provided the motor has a 3rd pole which the vw10 would I suspect.
