[C320-list] Galley Storage

Hi
I am preparing to start my first full summer on Kia Ora.  I am looking for how everybody uses the various storage options in the galley.
For example, the in-counter storage between the stove and the sink.  Been trying to figure out what I am going to put in there.

When i put in my dishes, pots and pans, mugs etc, there is not much room for food, besides in the fridge.

Any tips would be appreciated.
