Lots of us could set it up but I suspect that very few would be willing to undertake the ongoing responsibility of maintaining it,
adding new users, deleting old ones, fiddling with upgrades and compatibility over time, etc.  I maintain a list (with the help of
groups.io) for another interest of mine and just as here, there aren't too many people beating the door down to do the ongoing
volunteer drudge work year after year.
