[C320-list] Tank Monitoring Systems

As a follow up to my previous email, I had to cut the slot so that I could
attach the monitor strip. If the tank can be taken out to attach the strip
that would work. I am thinking that is what I need to do for the aft water
tanks as that tank is enclosed on the sides by fiberglass.
