[C320-list] Upgrade to Maxwell VW10 Windlass

I have removed the original VC500 and have a VW10 to install.  I have seen postings from those who have done this about the need to cut a larger center hole and drill new bolt holes.  I can see I have to do that, but it appears that the new holes will partially overlap the old ones, which won’t work.  Has anyone else had this issue?  Thanks.
