Hi Joe,             Yes, I've been back and forth on this knowing it might come up but to be completely honest my only wants are a separate shower on the inside and a main furler, my wife wants a generator. A little more room wouldn't be bad either. I'm pretty confused with how great our boat has been and feel like I'd be selling a family member. We're going to take another look at the 350 this weekend since it's only a few slips down. We'll see.

While I am the current Commodore of our group, you and I have more in common as my #772 is also a 2000 vintage 320. Before purchasing I looked hard at the 350. I just preferred the intimacy of the 320 salon. If I were to move up it would be to a 380 or 400. I like the aluminum toenail AND the dual access refrigerator! Then again, we all have our preferences. When your upkeep exceeds your income, it's your upkeep that will be your downfall. That being said, I prefer the upkeep of 32'.

Sail on!

Hi
My wife was asking me this weekend if Kia Ora has a heater.  The difference between living in the great white north and Florida.  No AC for me.

It was 10 years ago today we bought our Year 2000 Catalina 320. She has been amazing! I put A/C in her around 2015 (best thing you can do to any boat) and have kept on top of things ever since. She got all new deck hatches and main saloon portlights last year and is as dry as a bone. Replaced exhaust riser a few years ago simply due to age not problems (still have the original in the garage). Why all this information? I have just been notified that a friend with a Catalina 350 is moving to Fla. He is meticulous as me and if I were to buy a boat he would be the one to buy from. Of course we'd have to let our sweetheart 320 go. I know the market was pretty hot a few months ago but how is it now? Then there's sell through broker or privately. I really wasn't planning on moving up just yet but like I stated, the seller of the 350 is very meticulous and eventually we do plan on going just a little bit bigger.
Thanks!Bruce HunterS/V Nauti Time #719
