[C320-list] Fuel Cut-Off T-Handle Sticking

 I lube the shutoff cable with Boeshield T-9. I remove the T handle and the lock nut than tall nut and the plastic packing. I spray a little T-9 in to cable than  wiggle the cable than spray more T-9.  I also spray the other end of the cable.
