[C320-list] C320 Discussion list emails now reactivated for many

 Thanks for confirming Frank and Troy!  Jaime met with Jeff Hare for about an hour a week or so ago and together they made some changes hoping that it might improve the email component of the list.  I encourage any others who have reported delivery problems to also chime in if they too are now receiving list emails.
