[C320-list] Gas spring for port cockpit locker

Back in 2018, there was a group discussion about the installation of a 
gas strut to hold open the big port cockpit locker:

According to that discussion, Neil Kornblatt (who did this installation) 
was going to publish an article with photos. Does anyone know where I 
can find his article, or have Neil's email?

In the 2018 thread, Neil indicated that he used a 40 pound strut that 
was 12" compressed and 20" extended.  Neil thought that a 60 pound strut 
would be better.  I can find that strut on Amazon 
(tinyurl.com/4zv3auzz), and presumably elsewhere.

What I need are photos or description of how the strut was mounted in 
the locker.
