Ken, I have. My vague recollection is "yes" to the table. The other requirement is a friend willing to help. I recall that each weigh in about 125#.
Joe Grande, again.

I have switched out 4Ds in mine and helped another 320 owner do his .... we are both +70 year old dudes.
Definitely remove the cushions and table. Leave the stairs in but tie a rope around the battery (it has an attached rope). Have one person stand in the cockpit at the top of the stairs and slowly lower the battery down into the cabin with the rope as the other person slowly descends the steps guiding the battery and taking part of the weight. Down below it is fairly easy to lift the batteries in/out of the holder (1 or 2 people). Negotiating the batteries onto/off the boat takes 2 people being careful reaching.
In 2017 I replaced one 4D battery that had been left go dry and was not holding a charge. I got a commercial battery at NAPA for $165 ... now about $265 https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.napaonline.com%2Fen%2Fp%2FBAT7266The&data=05%7C01%7C%7Ca71e3eb1bc7d48bb8a0808db86469cc3%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C638251410068265472%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=aqk2sjYqeuAMkUJzhQsQ5rQ1NsEGn27Ht0EC49GXIuA%3D&reserved=0<https://www.napaonline.com/en/p/BAT7266The> other battery had very recently been replaced by the previous owner. So, I risked just replacing the bad one. My batteries (+6 years) still seem to be going strong, but I attribute that a lot to me also having replaced my original charger (ran all the time and hot) with a Promariner ProNautic 1240P 40 amp, 3 bank mart 12 volt charger https://na01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.amazon.com%2FProMariner-ProNautic-1240P-Battery-Charger%2Fdp%2FB00MYSZL2I%2Fref%3Dasc_df_B00MYSZL2I%2F%3Ftag%3Dhyprod-20%26linkCode%3Ddf0%26hvadid%3D241986888700%26hvpos%3D%26hvnetw%3Dg%26hvrand%3D4880604078741679811%26hvpone%3D%26hvptwo%3D%26hvqmt%3D%26hvdev%3Dt%26hvdvcmdl%3D%26hvlocint%3D%26hvlocphy%3D9017486%26hvtargid%3Dpla-692701441437%26psc%3D1&data=05%7C01%7C%7Ca71e3eb1bc7d48bb8a0808db86469cc3%7C84df9e7fe9f640afb435aaaaaaaaaaaa%7C1%7C0%7C638251410068265472%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C3000%7C%7C%7C&sdata=6lV0Xkq1pGrkEok2HHzxj7FXe2E6O0QLA8eZFzo9gwk%3D&reserved=0<https://www.amazon.com/ProMariner-ProNautic-1240P-Battery-Charger/dp/B00MYSZL2I/ref=asc_df_B00MYSZL2I/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=241986888700&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=4880604078741679811&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=t&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9017486&hvtargid=pla-692701441437&psc=1>
