[C320-list] Port-side cockpit lazarette gas strut project

Total time wasn't more than a few hours, though the project extended
over several weeks while ordering the parts and switching struts.

Knowing the exact locations for the holes was a time saver, as well as
preventing unnecessary holes (and unnecessary stress).

> Greg:  You are the first person I've heard since I completed the project to attempt and so glad this worked out for you.  80lbs it is!  For the stern seat/covers, I have loops of web strapping screwed into the stern side edge of the seat cover.  If you are so inclined feel free to edit what I wrote with any additional installation tips.  Wondering how long the whole project took you.  Thanks.  Neil Kornblatt, Harmony #963
