Jack,
I've been thinking there must be a better way to fill diesel from my 5 gallon can into the baja filter funnel / tank then pouring direct or using a shaker siphon.
Your comment about 'new style jerry jugs' set me to search.
The SURECAN Diesel Fuel 5 gallon with flexible fill nozzle looks ideal!
Is this the can your referring to setting it on the stern seat to easy pour into the funnel?
If so I will right away.
Amazon Prime: SureCan 5 Gallon Type-II Safety Diesel Container has a Flexible Rotating Spout, Self-Venting, Safety Fill Cap, Total Flow Control, Spill-Free, 5-Gallon Diesel Can, Yellow
Thank you,

With the new style Jerry jugs, you can set it on the stern seat and easily pour it into a funnel or Baja filter without spilling a drop.

Cruising in western Florida, I usually carry three or four jugs because fuel docks often are in inconvenient places.

By filtering your diesel, you also eliminate the risk of getting water in your tank.

My estimate: At 5 knots, 150 miles is a 30 hrs passage. At 0.7 to 0.8 gal/hr, that is 21 to 24 gal consumption, more than the 20 gal fuel tank on most 320s. And 5 knots average assumes pretty smooth water. Bring 10 gal extra minimum and an active BoatUS towing membership and a working VHF or cellphone.Mike Mellon LaVida 324 1995Sent from my Galaxy

You should make it, but you are getting close to the limit.
