[C320-list] limber holes in fore and aft sections?

Looking for advice-
When the floorboards were removed on my 1995, #195 C320, I noticed a lot of water in the areas outboard of the keel. It was as if there were a lot of individual sections made by very thin (1/16”) baffles, which run parallel to the centerline.
Any thoughts on drilling limber holes in these partitions?
