[C320-list] Flushing 3GM30F fresh water

I want/need to flush the fresh water system.  Does anybody have a tutorial (or link to one)?  What equipment (that anyone would have access to) do I need?  The manual is not very clear on what to hook up where?  I know there are flush systems they have at auto parts stores.  Will one of those work?  Any experience out there?  Can't be too complicated once you know how but (Like sergeant Shultz: I know nnn...othing).
