[C320-list] Has anyone tried switching out windlass capstan to one with a gypsy? What did you learn?

We could use a little help pulling up the anchor when it gets to the 20 or
so feet of chain.  A single wrap around the existing gypsy-less capstan is
less reliable than we would like.

Has anyone attempted to switch out the capstan for one with a gypsy like CD
shows here?

I"m guessing this became standard equipment on boats of newer vintage.
