Bob, there is a breaker near the shore power inlet, and it seems that you have power on both sides of that breaker.  Then the cable goes forward along the port side and is concealed by the galley cabinets.  After that it goes to a service breaker at the breaker panel.  There are two LEDs at the panel, but I wouldn’t draw a conclusion just based on the LED status.  I would open the panel and check with a VOM.
