It’s very easy to do with two people.   I did it by myself and it was
manageable.  The club tool is definitely the way to go.   You will have to
pull the prop which can be fun.   You do not have to pull the rudder or
prop shaft to replace the bearing.  When you do this it’s an excellent time
to lap the propeller to the propeller shaft.   It's an easy manual job that
requires only some Prussian blue and some valve grinding compound.   It is
highly likely that this was never done if you have the standard three blade
bronze prop.   Still worth at least checking.

Probably take you half a day the first time you do this.   Getting the prop
off is much easier if you have an impact wrench to remove the castle nut
tighten the prop puller, heat the prop and walk away for 30 minutes.   Then
the prop should pop off with a little added torque to the puller.   Use a
breaker bar on the prop puller not an impact wrench.
