[C320-list] Outhaul and reefing problems

 Has anyone found a good solution to the problems with the outhaul and reefing lines in the boom, the sheaves in the stern end of the boom and running the outhaul line back to the cockpit?  Before I start searching for postings I figured I'd ask the group as there are a lot of very knowledgeable people on here with a lot of experience.  I'm having a problem with the blocks in the boom seizing up or interfering with one another, or some other problem with the lines jamming in the boom.  Any thoughts on what's causing it and how to fix it would be greatly appreciated.  Also, let me know if there are any articles or postings that discuss how to fix this.
