[C320-list] Propane tank question

My propane tank is not the standard RV/BBQ size. When it needed recertification I stopped by a small local propane supplier and got it recertified for around $25. My understanding is that the big propane suppliers won’t do recertIfication, so look around for a local (as opposed to national chain) supplier. My thinking is that if parts are needed, they can replace them. If the tank is bad, they just won’t recertify; if tank is still good then why buy new?
