Good luck, Mike. We need it. If the winds are more rhan 130. Concrete buildings can be at risk. For  half feet. Ouch. boats, it's hopeless.

Jack,

I’m right here with you. Artemis is berthed in Treasure Island just north of you and somehow came out unscathed after Helene even through we had 4.5 feet of water inside the house. Just trying to imagine how high up she was at peak surge is a tough visual to build in my mind. Shes a champ and it kills me to leave her out there on the island.

Hopefully, with some minor miracle, our boats will sail again!
