[C320-list] Steering Vibration Issue

Hello - I recently join having owned my 320 (Hull 1039) for four year now.
This is my first post.

 

I notice intermittently when I turn the wheel from center rudder to
starboard, I hear a short pulse of three vibrations and I can feel it under
foot.  It's a very quick pulse.  Always three, and never encountered turning
to port.  Doesn't seem to be when there is a load on the rudder.  Any ideas?
I haven't inspected the steering mechanism below as of yet as I was hoping I
could learn from you folks here what and where to look.  Thanks for any
guidance.  Bob
