[C320-list] Perkins Electrical wiring harness replacement

That would be the glow plug relay. Thanks for pointing out the failure,
I'll put some extra retaining devices in that location. If you cant find a
replacement harness, I am in a particularly good position to fabricate one
right now. Let me know ASAP.
