[C320-list] Main Switch panel questions

I've noticed the same problem with the unlit green DC light,  but haven't 
gotten around to working on it since I know the DC is on.  The  windlass light is 
probably on all the time because you've got the windlass  switch on (located 
on starboard side, close to the floor, near the door to the  v-berth). The 
switch pulls/pushes in and out (with some difficulty).  The  4D batteries on my 
1998 Hull #551 are both on the starboard side.
