As a novice to the C320 and marine diesel engines in general, I bought both the Clymer manual AND the Seloc manual to supplement what is in my Yanmar manual. I find myself referring to the Seloc manual more frequently. The drawings and photos seem clearer and more descriptive. The text is more difficult to read but there seems to be much more content. The Seloc is labeled to cover 1975-1998 inboards, but it seems my 1999-build 3GM30 is adequately represented.

Subject: [C320-list] Books on the Yanmar
A while back there was a flurry of emails on one of the forums about what is
the best book for the C320 owner with the Yanmar engine. I believe a book
by Clymer was one of the most popular and was available from Overstock.com
and Amazon.com. So what is the consensus, is Clymer the best or is something
better?

Bruce Stumpp
#647, Adventure
Frog Mortar Creek, MD
!!- ______________________________________________
!!- C320-List at catalina320.com mailing list
!!- Subscribe/Unsubscribe Here: http://mail.catalina320.com/mailman/listinfo/c320-list_catalina320.com
