[C320-list] wave slap stopper

I was even less elegant than to add "washers".  I tied stopper knots to
keep the noodles from slipping.  Cutting the Noodles in half seems to
be a good idea as the long (about 5' (?)) noodles take up a good amount
of space in my aft lazarette.
