[C320-list] Speed Seal

Has anyone with the Yanmar European raw water pump added the speed seal
"Easy Sliper"  pump cover.  It appears to make the changing of the impeller
a bit easer but I am wondering if is worth it sine to replace the impeller
you have to loosen the fan belts etc.  www.speedseal.com 

This is the begging of my 7th year and I am replacing the impeller the
second time.  I feel that there years is the safety margin so I will be
doing that as I service the oil filter and remove/replace the 2 fuel
filters.
