Annie,

If possible, I would think you would want to have both the galley sink and 
the bathroom sink drain to the current holding tank if possible.  (unless it 
completely fills in one charter).  That way, you will only need to pump out 
one tank. I assume you have to pay for each pump. Alternatively, even a 
removable bladder wouldn't be fun to "carry" off the boat. And by plumbing 
the bathroom sink thru the head you will conserve space in the existing 
holding tank.  Good luck.
