[C320-list] raising a bosun's chair

Hi Koen,

We use the windlass all the time to raise me to the top of the mast.  We
attach a turning block to the pulpit.  Reverse the main halyard.  Use the
spinnaker halyard for a safety and I'm at the top in seconds.  Has always
worked great.
