[C320-list] C320IA (regatta survey?)

I think it should be in Valencia, Spain to coincide with the America's
Cup. After all, it is an international organization. Have every held a
regatta outside of the continental US?

2007 Regatta:
At the moment Pete Clancy has a reasonable lead on a Tampa Bay area
Yacht Club for next Oct/Nov, but nothing yet is firm, it takes awhile to
come together, we were very fortunate that Dick took the lead on this
early for '06, where would members like to see future regattas????? Are
there any members out there reading who think their area can support a
regatta? What about a club to hold it at? Russ Monaco Commodore C320IA

to next year's regatta. Adam

Russ,
The tasks you list are likely well within the
capabilities of most of us. Organizing and attending
the regatta is what is most problematical for me...and
I suspect many others. I am certain that it is not due
to a lack of concern.

Besides, some of us can't afford to move up to a new
and larger boat next year. ;~)

Thanks for having assumed the mantle this year.

Regards,
Chris
